Dynamo Gym membership works brilliantly for most people. But sometimes you want, or need, something more focused. This is where one-to-one training can be your answer. It gives you the undivided attention of a specialist coach for the full session. Cat or Ben will be giving you all of their years of knowledge and experience in a one-to-one setting. Putting together a programme specific to your goals and abilities, and being able to impart their wisdom throughout the entirety of the hour for you.

You also have the option of booking two-to-one training. This brings that same quality of coaching to you and another person. You share the session, train together, and benefit from coaching that accounts for both of you individually.

Training with BEN

Ben is head coach and co-owner of Dynamo Gym. He is a qualified physiotherapist and his coaching specialisms are powerlifting, strength training, and the intersection of clinical knowledge and performance, helping people lift well, lift heavy, and stay healthy doing it.

If you want to get seriously strong, learn the competition lifts, or train with a coach who understands what's happening in your body as well as on the bar, Ben is the right person.

Training with Cat

Cat is head coach and co-owner of Dynamo Gym. Her coaching is built around the person as much as the programme. She specialises in working with female clients, behaviour change, and nutrition, bringing a background in mental health to the way she approaches coaching.

If you've struggled to make training stick, want to understand the relationship between your habits and your results, or want a coach who gets the specific demands of training as a female, Cat brings something genuinely different to the process.
